Light green cloth, gilt-stamped lettering on spine, 256pp, five original line drawings, plus eight plates. Pictorial dust jacket with full color illustration on front panel, line drawing in green on back. Binding is firm, square, spine ends bumped and there is a 1/2" spot of fading at spine top matching a like sized chip on the dust jacket, boards are slightly bowed, edges faded, text has two check marks in margin and one index entry underlined else is bright and clean. Dust jacket is darkened with age toning, chipped on spine panel ends and along top edges, 2" closed tear from top edge along front hinge area, else wholly intact, protected in a new Gaylord brand archival clear plastic cover (removable).
