Chicago Clayton F. Summy Co 1895 (Near Fine) 
SHEET MUSIC. Composer: Nellie Bangs Skelton. March and Two Step. 8pp. Score only, no lyric. "Dedicated to My Friend . . . Genl. H. A. Wheeler." Blue lettering & ornate decoration with a military theme, inset photo of Gen. Wheeler. Spine wholly split & reinforced inside, a bit of light rubbing, one small closed tear on fore edge, no marks on cover, name, address & date inked near top of p. 3. Brigadier General H. A. Wheeler was commanding officer of the First Brigade of the Illinois National Guard during the railroad strikes and violent riots of summer, 1895. This piece is a commemoration and commendation of the fine job the unit did in establishing and maintaining civil order during a difficult situation.
