Piano score & lyric. 4pp. Red & black cartoon cover illustration of Uncle Mose & Aunt Jemima practicing the Aunt Jemima Slide to the amazement of three children peering through the window. Spine wholly split w/small reinforcing tape tabs inside & out, several closed tears on fore edge w/old tape reinforcing, "1917" inked at top corner, small dampstain along top edge; somewhat agetoned, obviously a favorite & much used piece but still rather attractive.
